1. Purpose
These ToU define the rules for using the Olymps app, which allows users to:

3. Types of Activities
Olymps offers two main categories of activities:
- Public activities: open to all users.
- Training activities: limited to participants invited by the organizer.
The organizer is responsible for the content, compliance with safety rules, and the proper conduct of the activity.

- Organizer responsibility: the organizer must provide clear information about the activity and ensure compliance with safety rules.
- Olymps responsibility: the app connects users but does not intervene in the concrete organization of activities. We make our best efforts to ensure the proper functioning of the service, but we offer no guarantee of the absence of errors, interruptions, or bugs.
6. Personal Data
The use of the application involves the collection and processing of certain personal data (geolocation, profile, activities, etc.).
These processes are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

- Content published by users (photos, descriptions, etc.) remains their property, but you grant Olymps a non-exclusive, free, and worldwide license to use them within the framework of the service's operation.
8. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete a user account, without notice, in case of a violation of the ToU, fraudulent behavior, or a threat to the safety of other users.
9. Modification of the ToU
Olymps reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time to adapt them to changes in the app, legislation, or practices.
Users will be informed of the changes by notification within the application.
